At first I thought Naruto would win due to the fact that he could basically summon all of Mount Myoboku and is superior in Taijutsu (proven), Genjutsu (only with Ma and Pa, of course), and Ninjutsu (nearly limitless supply of different types of attacks as well as being combined with his summonings' jutsu. I'm not one of those people who says "this attack" GG, but in this case, well, Amaterasu GG. Naruto has no way to counter it.
