We actually don't. Orochimaru's coping with his parents dead would be interesting to see, too. And the fact that Hiruzen liked Orochimaru the most.
And lil Sannins abilities would be nice to see.

Actually, we heard from Hashirama himself that he spoiled his granddaughter. That should be from child to teenager.
From teenager to middle age, she fought against Hanzo, lost her lover and brother, and developed a world-wide medical system.
From middle age to present, she got drunk, gambled a lot, traveled, created her Byakugou jutsu and because Hokage.

Tsuande lived a very successful life, she has many more accomplishments than Orochimaru, Jiraiya or her sensei.

So all she did as a child was being spoiled by Hashirama? xD I want to see interaction between the sannin and Hiruzen. And their inner thoughts about what is happening, for example Jiraiya staying and teaching the ame trio, how did that affect the others? And also Homura and Koharu. They're pretty interesting ****tards.
And how Orochimaru went with the root would be interesting to know also.

Any one of the "old" shinobi would be nice because most of the time they only got featured in a small flashback. For example, I would like to see some of the previous Uchiha in their prime. Like Izuna and his father. And the Senju members, like Toka. Same with Hiruzen and Koharu.

But if we're looking for a "brand new" generation, I would say Konohamaru and his team. As far as ongoing story goes... Everyone is pretty much explained, except for cool shinobi like Pakura and Ameyuri.

Edit: Or all of the seven swordsmen of the Mist, for that matter. They were all cool.
