Real world wins rather easily in Scenario 1. The majority of even higher tier Naruto character's can't even counter bullets, and well trained U.S special forces can easily take down the alliance through drone strikes, bombs, tanks and other millitary units using machine guns.

Scenario 2, again I think real world wins. There is no Juubi now that Kaguya has ben defeated. Naruto and Sasuke are strong, but I don't see them tanking nuclear weapons like Tsar Bomba which should at least be as destructive as Naruto and Sasuke's final clash.

Scenario 3: not much different from S2.

Uhh, the Tsar Bomba, which is both your example of choice and the strongest nuke ever seen in the world so far, only packed 58 megatons of TNT, which in terms of DC is barely city level (i.e. can destroy a city or something with equivalent durability). Recent calcs suggest that Naruto's regular (without the Ashura Avatar) BDRS alone packed 2.6 petatons of TNT, which is more than what's necessary to destroy all of Oceania (or Australia, since it's the only nation in Oceania whose size is actually relevant), even if we set the calc aside, the explosion packs no less than country level DC, especially if we consider that Bijuu's were casually vaporizing mountains with Bijuu Dama, which is generally considered superior to city busting (though it's not always the case).

OT: Scenario 1 is a roflstomp in the real world's favour, they can casually throw nukes that packed more DC than what NV had achieved.

Scenario 2 is rape in NV's favour, Naruto can sense all possible threats around the world and nuke the shit out of them, and we're yet to see a nuke that can actually damage Naruto's avatar. Add Sasuke to his side and you have yourself a slaughter.

I guess that puts Hiroshima on CST's level. A focused CST is slightly more powerful than an ordinary Bijuu Dama imo. Scale that up and a flash Bijuu Dama might be about as powerful as Mike...but yeah, I agree now that Naruto and Sasuke's strongest attacks should be way more powerful than Tsar Bomba. And not only that, but the bomber planes wouldn't be able to get anywhere near them, since Naruto would shoot them down way before that. So S2 and S3 are stomps for NV.

Fat Man, the bomb dropped on Nagasaki, which was more destructive than the one dropped on Hiroshima, packed 21 kilotons of TNT, which is Town level in terms of DC, city level starts at around 6.3 megatons IIRC. That alone invalidates whatever you were trying to prove here.

If it was indeed a city busting nuke, then it would be around CST's level, city level varies a lot. I kinda disagree, but for the argument's sake, let's say that Little Boy = CST >= regular Bijuu Dama. The gap between the Tsar Bomba and Fat Man/Little Boy is not even comparable to the gap between a standard Bijuu Dama and a BDRS or Naruto and Sasuke's clash at the valley, so either way, NV has far more DC.

"recent calculations" is way shorter than saying "calculations that were made recently", and the term "recent calculations" isn't exclusive to breaking news & science breakthroughs, if someone calculated how much they got in a month, they wouldn't be wrong to use the term "recent calculations".
