I notice in naruto that the events that happened aren't very very old, and i will explain why. In the first naruto movie we see naruto being chased by a train
You must be registered for see images

The 1st train was invented around 1815 , not so new but the kind of train thas used on the movies is a bit more new like the trains around 1900.

Now in the beggin of naruto their 1st mission was to catch a cat and they communicated with walkie talkies

well the 1st walkie talkies where invented in 1940 but the walkies that they use are to modern to asume that they are that old, i could easily asume that walkies like this where invented in 1990-2000.

Also in Naruto 1st movie they where filming a movie during the movie (Movieception)

Well the 1st camera was invented in 1816 while the camera in naruto doesn't seem that old, I asume that camera's like this are used even today im not sure for this so dont blame for that.

My point is that in NarutoVerse there is technology like ours and they are living in times like ours but they don't the tech of their time (not as we do) . I think they dont want to so they can keep body and spirit well trained and in a good shape.

Please comment so i can read some good oppinions

It's an anime not real and I guess kishi can pick and choose whatever he want in his universe

Their time and invention of technology has nothing to do with this universes progress.... we cannot splice dna the way they can... lol... and you worry about trains?

90% of what you listed are from filler/movies (still considered filler). And even the one canon thing you mentioned was from the very beginning of Naruto. You're way over analyzing this. In the beginning Kishi just didnt want to incorporate technology, and as he progressed he decided to leave it out completely. You can clearly see a shotgun in an early chapter of Part 1, behind a merchants stand; these things are just another detail Kishi didnt develop properly before he inked them.
