Byakugan is known for it's high perception and praised for its being able to see the chakra points

Sharingan is known for it's genjutsu/jutsu qualities, perception, and ability to see chakra.

Rinnegan is known for being stupid powerful, but can't see chakra.

My question is this: Why can't Rinnegan sense chakra??

The rinnegan is the perfect ocular power it might not see chakra but it really doesn't need it and I'm sure its capable of almost anything we could think of and although not shown in battle I bet money the rinnegan has a powerful genjutsu tech

The Rinnegan can see chakra and invisible barriers. Not to the extent that the Byakugan can, and maybe not even at the level of the Sharingan, though.

1. While facing Jiraiya, Pain was able to see the barrier that Jiraiya set up. Since the barrier was illustrated as being clear, I assume that it was either invisible or supposedly hard to detect.

2. When Tsunade confronted Pain on the roof, Pain was able to determine that she was using her chakra to stick to the building in case he attacked.

I must be missing something here. I was re-watching Pain V Naruto arc and saw where naruto made the dust cloud to hide the fact he was preparing another fuuton rasenshiruken. I was like...how does that work on the Rinnegan?? MA BAD PEEPS

I don't see why not the other two dojutsu are
derivatives of the rinnegan in all actuality it probably has both dojutsu abilities and some
others we don't know about
