I still cannot grasp how you can just take an amputated eye ball, pop it back into a designated eye socket... AND IMMEDIATELY START SEEING AGAIN!!! wth? Like there was no therapy, no pain, stitching... nothing just, "Welp, now that I can actually see myself raping you guys! GG GL HF."

Granted we have seen it done before with other body parts (with the aid of Zetsu) usually anything dealing with the eyes required some sort of recovery. Ex when Sasuke got his eyes transplanted with Itachi's he had bandages for a while before going out into battle. Or "Tobi" taking preparations to have himself and his controlled jinchuriki to have one sharingan and one rinnegan before entering battle. Madara just straight up popped them in like it was a AA battery and proceeded to fight like the process was as easy as breathing.

You have people spitting lava, summoning meteors, making entire valleys and giant animals that spit bombs that can obliterate entire mountain ranges.

Besides, he's an Uchiha, popping eyes in and out is commonplace, more so for him seeing as he's done it before. Besides, there's no such thing as a whole eye transplant in real life so a fictional story can do whatever.

Senju DNA (Particularly Hashirama's) has excelerated healing. That's not an Uchiha tech but due to Senju DNA.

New jutsu? Mokuton/Rinnegan. Madara didn't posses these until Sanju DNA was introduced into his body.

Keep in mind this is just a gag not to be taken seriously.
