naruto's yang chakra

sence he lost kurama that yang chakra he put in a separated spot in him will it be gone forever when its all gone or will it just replenish after time passes like usual?

I'm guessing when Naruto decided to be friends with Kurama, he combined the Yang chakra that he put away with the rest of Kurama's. So I guess when Kurama got pulled out, all of his chakra went with him. So technically the chakra exists but its with Kurama's yang half in Madara at the moment.
