Sorry for being rude. The reason I was kind of harsh was because the sheer size difference between that valley and a city is so big that I thought it was beyond rational error to get the two mixed up.
So you are saying that anyone faster than darui can react to speed of light attacks?
We don't know how big the explosion caused by the ball was. The full kyuubi made another bomb and minato survived the explosion. I think you should go back and read my post about the size of the ball, since I was relating the size of the ball to the damaged caused by the blast, and my point was the size of the ball is irrelevant.

Sorry, you're right i should of known the difference. Here's the manga chapters:
Manga chap 529 pg 7-8 is the 'reacted' and 'speed of light' one.
Manga chap 502 pg 7 is the explosion.

He The real world rocks!!!.....dude i mean look at it we have Super sonic fighter jets.....Nuclear subs.....Ships....battle tanks and we do have the Nuclear bombs...Hydrogen bomb....Atom bomb!!!...and yes in the near future we will develop war robots(like terminators..transformers or even better)...so still we get an upper hand!!!.....1Nuke will do the talking i guess!!

I just read both and for the first:
Cmon man, the pot was materializing on the ground which is what darui was reacting to. If he reacted to the speed of light, the would have noticed the technique before it hit the ground. There are waaaaay more instances of better shinobi than darui reacting at way lower instances than this.
Second: 502 is no proof that the explosion is city sized. We see a huge blast go off on the horizon, we would have to see it closer than that in order to know how big it actually is.
No matter how big it is, its not bigger than deidara's c0, and even c0 is not big enough to be a city buster.

Alot of people say bomb this, bomb that. You forgetting that minato and tobi can teleport that. Infact they would teleport it and drop it at on the worlds army. Also diedora's c4 is a bitch. Nagato's demonic statue of the outer path would just seal souls for fun.
Hate to say it but the worlds army would lose. Minato, the 2nd hokage and tobi would just teleport and stab soldiers for fun, even before they know what happened

Ever thought of more than three bombs at once, or like 1000 missiles with bombs in between, or headshotting minato, tobi, and 2nd hokage from miles away, leaving the army defenseless.

Guns, that wouldnt work on people who are said to be either faster than the speed of sound or light itself and have the reaction speed to back it up. Tbh as i said deidora's c4 alone can win this fight. The soldiers wouldnt even know that they are inhaling micro bombs.
Tbh ill like to see a bomb go up against itachi's susanoo with the yata armour. xd

Its the manga who said it. Either way a bullet isnt that fast either and that also goes with the bombs.
I just cannot see the worlds army winning, if the op was talking about everybody in the naruto world, meaning all the previous kages, i assume the sage and his two sons, the tailed beasts. The list goes on

do you people understand the destructive power of military force. if an SS-18 missle were to hit washington, it would kill everything from boston to atlanta. what is all this i keep seeing about absorbing missles. teleporting them somewhere. first of all i would love to see them even be in a position to teleport or absorb anything when they dont even know its coming. unless there is some early warning detection jutsu i dont know about. i still have yet to see any of you explain how shinra tensei or a teleportation technique will help against a 24 hour bombing campaign. in fact much like iraq they probably wouldn't even bother sending the soldiers in until they bomb them back to the stone age. then once the soldiers do come in you still have air support and heavily armored tanks. and sorry people substitutions wont trick a million dollar radar system.

I admit, the worlds militaries are amassing VERY destructive weapons, but whats the use for them. Tell me, if one nation bombs another, then the allies of the nation will come and bomb them. Then there allies will bomb the allies and it will be a continuing cycle of mass annhilation on a high scale. It would be world war two all over again, the combined forces of the world in all vs all will cause a killing frenzy that would potentially lay waste to all lands in the world.
I don't see the point of all these weapons. (I know its off topic, but just had to say it.)
Going back to topic, The only mangas i would say could combat all this is Naruto, Dragonball z and saint seiya.

You do realise that tobi can make ALL attacks pass through him up to 5 minutes, i know he can't attack during that period but all those missiles and bombs would be NOTHIN to him.
And snipers well, they're effective, but not against moving targets (most i think). Minato by himself could take down nearly all of the foot soliders before they can react to the fact they've been taken down. (See Kakashi gaiden arc in manga/anime).

Tobi = 1 ninja not screwed
Entire shinobi in attack radius minus Tobi = Total ninja screwed
The ninja will have to rest, or will not always be moving at battle speed. This alone will allow them to be taken out from 2 miles away by snipers.
