So basically this mean that we get raped, again in scenario 2 we would get raped which is a plausible scenario. In scenario 1 they attack in open warfare because its their own world and know how it worlds they are all ninjas, in this scenario as expected from any force they would do intel figure they are outnumbered by billions and city busting technology and act accordingly.

Not that it is necessary, I have just proven and you just accepted that scenario 2 would rape us, one is enough, so real world gets raped.

how will spreading magnet particles repel bullets? And the third kazekage could use IRON sand, he can't manipulate any other type of metal. Just like gaara's dad who has magnet release, yet he can only manipulate gold. If he could he would be magneto.

Completely agree, but a good point was brought up. They make Tobi the juubi jinchuriki and he casts infinite tsukuyomi. There really is nothing we can do about that.

The Narutoverse allow Tobi to become Juubi Jinchuuriki, he eithers performs Mugen Tsukuyomi or pulls the moon to earth. Or he could use Creation of All Things and cast the nations out of existence.

Guns fire bullets.
Ninjas can also fire bullets too. Danzo did this. He used some jutsu called Futton, wind bullets ( as powerful as real bullets)

There is another thing we can't defend against. Let madara become the ten tailed jinchuriki. Let him cast infinate tsyuchomi, = Ko for real world.

Izanagi(sage of six paths version)- madara can use it to alter reliaty, removing nukes from existence. This can be spammed. Unlike danzo version, where only the user is affected, the sage of six paths version can be used to alter things besides the user, where he used izanagi to alter reliaty and split the ten tailed beast chakra in 9 different portions and fired the beast to the sky, and sealing it inside the moon .
So madara or any skilled rinnegan user can use it to alter reliaty itself, removing the nukes/bombs from existence.
