Naruto's Will is far stronger than Sasuke's.

When they were trapped by Black Zetsu, Sasuke just stood there froze up, waiting to get his Power-Up taken back. But Naruto was like, "I wish a ***** would!" and ripped Black Zetsu's control over him into pieces. He saw that Sasuke was still trapped because his Will wasn't as strong so he had to rip him out too.

All of which are renowned for their tremendous willpower. Sasuke has great willpower, but there is no way a shonen MC is gonna lose out to anyone when it comes to willpower in their own series

1. he knew itachi sacrificed himself for the leaf and even if he wanted revenge he chose to defend to not kill his brothers dream or will that takes will.

2. when he was stab by madara and almost die he refuse to die that takes will.

3. the fact he knew he was weaker than obtio but still chose to fight that was balls and will.

4. the fact he knew he couldn't solo killer b but still tried and almost got killed.

5.he had enough balls to fight 2 s ranks at age 12 and yes he got his ass whoop but not even naruto could lad a hit on a s rank at that age.

in conclusion sasuke has will and balls and naruto has will cause sasuke thought him and that is proven from there first fight with the chunin brothers from the hidden mist.
