Ever since Naruto unlocked Kyuubi Mode, he has been build up to be this extremely fast shinobi who could blitz anybody.

But yet, he has only really demonstrated that speed in only these two chapters.

After he got past the Raikage and entered the battlefield, what happened to that unbelievable speed?

But then once he unlocks Bijuu Mode, he makes good use of his speed in this form:

If someone could please give me a moment in the war where he actually made use of his speed in Kyuubi Mode, I'd be glad to hear it.

He hasn't. I agree with you and was thinking the same thing the other day.

However, it's still available to him. It also doesn't seem to tax him in any way.

Every enemy he's fought in km thus far is incredibly fast. Nagato had his multiple eyes to predict naruto's movements and itachi is just fast enough to keep up with km naruto

Okay fine, Itachi and Nagato are the only exceptions. But what other enemies? I mean isn't he suppose to be the fastest shinobi alive in Kyuubi Mode?

I wouldn't say Itachi is fast enough, it's more like he's smart enough to predict where Naruto is gonna go. It's not like Naruto has complex battle plans on the fly like Itachi.

Well, many ninja are considered fast and can use their speed to gain an advantage in a fight.

Prime examples of Ninja who have used speed in the past to overwhelm their opponents:

1)Minato
2)4th Raikage
3)3rd Raikage
4)Lee
5)Guy
6)Naruto
7)Itachi
8)Kakashi
9)Sasuke

but what is the point in which a ninja's speed is considered to be fast enough in order to "blitz" an opponent?

Now in order to do that we must define the term blitzing

Blitzing, in general, is defined as sudden/intense/lightning fast attack; in this case, however, it is referred to as a series of attacks that are so fast that the opponent is unable to react to them.

Throughout the manga, we have seen plenty of times the people listed above have used speed to take out their opponents, and almost any of the people listed above could do a one-shot "blitz" before their opponent actually reacts, but only a few of them have actually demonstrated speed that hardly anyone else is able to physically react to in order to truly blitz their opponent with in rapid succession with a series of attacks.

These people are as listed:
1)Minato
2)4th Raikage
3)3rd Raikage
4)Lee
5)Guy
6)Haku

Now you might be wondering, "why is Naruto not on this list? He has KM/BM and has proven to be even faster than the raikage himself."

Now to answer this, Naruto is relatively new to his newfound speed and, as such, has not used it unless he absolutely needed to.

Now you may be asking, "Why would he not use this speed on a regular basis?"

For one, Naruto is unused to moving at such speeds for long periods of time and has not shown anything else other than extremely fast one-shot attacks/movements. It is also not his style of fighting since he relies mostly on shadow clones to overwhelm his opponents. Compared to the above mentioned, who have trained the majority of their lives incorporating their overwhelming speed into their fighting style, Naruto is much more likely to hurt himself than they are do to him being unused to this kind of speed and had done so when he first tried to use his speed to attack Kisame.

So far, Naruto has kept himself from utilizing his full speed in order to keep from hurting himself. Anyone who says otherwise is not taking into consideration the amount of time and effort it takes to fully and effectively develop one's speed while incorporating it into their fighting style as the others have.

Since that is out of the way, we can now proceed to discuss about the people who have demonstrated the ability to overwhwlm their opponents with speed.

Now, the first time we saw someone truly blitzing an opponent was when Lee opened the gates to bypass Gaaras sand and proceeded to attack Gaara repeatedly and extremely quickly.

The next time we saw someone blitzing an opponent was when Guy first opened the gates to attack the Kisame clone before he could react, completely overwhelming him with attacks. While it wasn't a true blitz like Lee has done, it is implied that, as Lee's sensei, that he could do the same thing himself.

Next on the list is the raikages. The raikages have developed the lightning armor to increase their reflexes/reaction time and combined with the body flicker technique makes them one of the fastest in the world. The raikages, while able to overwhelm their opponents with devastating speed and power have not yet shown the ability to repeatedly attack the same target in a blitz-like manner and instead have used it to make-extremly quick and powerful one-shot burst attacks that can obliterate almost anything in their path. This linear attack style keeps them from moving in a circular fashion which reduces their overall agility, but allows them to maneuver across a battlefield quickly and efficiently.

Another person on this list is Haku. His actual speed isnt the greatest, but he can move between his ice mirrors extremely quickly, making him nigh-untouchable when using his ice mirrors techniques. He has shown this speed in the beginning of the manga when facing off against Naruto and Sasuke

Last but not least is Minato, who is considered the fastest in the NV due to his FTG technique and his superior reflexes. While his base speed is fairly impressive, it is his FTG that grants him such manueverability that he is capable of taking out an entire platoon of ninja in mere seconds with it. Though his technique it is not classified as speed, the speed at which he uses the technique it still allows him to effectively blitz any person in the vicinity of a marked kunai or a teleportation seal.

So, with all of this in mind, it is safe to say that the only people who are capable of truly blitzing an opponent would be Guy, Lee, Haku with his ice mirrors, and Minato with his FTG. As mentioned earlier, the raikages do not try to attack their opponents reapeatedly with super quick attacks, but rather go for a linear, one-shot attack to finish their opponents.
