Naruto's true power stem from his friends. Naruto not only has the ability to call upon the bijuu but also the shinobi world would wage war for his sake.

Lets say sasuke suddenly turns evil and he attempts to kill Naruto again. Sasuke would not only have to go through konoha but all the great nations.

Naruto has formed precious bonds with all respective villages, especially the hidden sand and cloud. If anyone were to succeed in killing the legendary hero and seventh hokage, they would become public enemy #1. People don't realize just how well connected Naruto truly is.

Proof of his status is that in boruto the movie, when Naruto was kidnapped the gokage went to rescue him no questions asked nor hesitation. The world leaders went to war for Naruto, they were prepared to die for him.

He acknowledged that they weren't scrub but they alone wouldn't have defeated him without naruto and itachi's help. Remove naruto out of war arc... now tell me what they would have done against an immortal madara. I'm looking forward for your response.

Sasuke also attempted his revolution after the kage were sent back to the pure world and the rest of the shinobi world were under tsukuyomi.

Sasuke himself said "Now there was no one left to stand in his way but Naruto", even if he succeeded sasuke planned on being alone for the rest of his life against the world.

Sasuke would solo the whole shinobi world if naruto let him lol .. And vice Versa for naruto ... The only way I see anyone winning is if all the kages used the 8 gates at the same time hahaha !!

Naruto and sasuke are worlds apart from any other shinobi and the fact that Kakashi no longer has Kamui would only make it worse for the shinobi world if sasuke decided to attack and naruto let him.

No one in NV has the power to solo the world except Kaguya and perhaps Hagoromo.
