the new seal that naruto got from him and kurama's chakra missing is probably the seal the sage passed down to the younger son except the younger son didn't need kurama level of chakra to do it since he's directly related to the sage
it said the power of bodily chakra bloomed for within asura;this is probably the reason why hashi could do mokuton from being a senju and capable of waking that bodily chakra

naruto is an uzumaki and needs bijuu level chakra since he might not be able to awake that bodily chakra because he's not senju so naruto does't have a giant creature made from his own chakra rather than he has one that looks like kurama since it's him and kurama's chakra mixed

He isnt a full blood Senju but he is related to them very distantly as an Uzamaki. As for Minato we still arent sure whether or not he is Senju related. There was a theory a long time ago that Dan and Tsunade were his parents. Many beleived when Jiraya last spoke to Tsunade that Jiraya purposely spoke about Minato being like a son to him and the reaction on Tsunades face seem to appreciate such a comment like any mother would
