After naruto lost the sun seal ,his power got down proved by the number of gudomas he has now compared with before ,also he no more has the biju as creatures inside him ,only kuarma and little chakra of the rest ,so he most likely can't use techs like youton RS ,tailed beast abilities in RS ,that strong kick with the 5th tailed ,magnet rasengan ,he can't use 6ttbrs at once only 3 now
Prime naruto was that one with the sun seal ,he also can use ashura mode ,no reason he can't
