I'll give him a 6/10 in Taijutsu. His methods may be a bit rushing but at the same time, a stroke of genius.

In not basing this on how strong he can uppercut someone but on his overall battle/taijutsu/martial art skill whatever you want to call it.

Yeah, Hokage Naruto base taijutsu is very high. Hokage Naruto in sage mode or Kurama Chakra Mode is overkill. Now Hokage Naruto in KCM/SM or KCM/RSM is god tier taijutsu.

Yeah, he couldn't keep up with Blind Madara.

But after he blitzed SM Naruto, he attained a small portion of Hashirama's Senjutsu.
