i know sasuke speed has increased dramatically being able to blitz madara something not the second and the fourth could do with ftg, so we can all agree sasukes the fastest in the manga.

or is he i think naruto is faster than him buy miles i say this because naruto and sasuke got to the final vallley at the same time whether sasuke was goin his fastest naruto wasnt even in tailed beast mode.

by the way im a sasuke fan but sometime you have to be honest wat do u guys think

Naruto reaction timing is seeming faster, for the moment anyway.

It depends on what time of speed you mean really.

Sasuke is faster, but that is only with his swapping ability.

Although on Footspeed, Naruto is easily waaaay faster.

Although if we're taking this in battle-wise, Sasuke's swapping won't help him much considering Naruto's reflexes and reaction time, he would be able to keep up with Sasuke despite his swapping via sensing.

If we're comparing the speeds here, i would say Naruto's speed with his Rikkudo Mode isn't that far behind Sasuke's swapping, the Raikage, a man who had fought the 4th Hokage numerous times and probably has quite a lot of intel on him, said that Naruto was as fast as his Dad even when Naruto only had KCM and Minato's teleportation is said to be instant so...

Sasuke was noted to be fast by Madara.
Naruto was noted to be fast by Black Zetsu and Kaguya.

Naruto is faster than Sasuke in foot speed as well as reflexes. Which is not surprising as he was faster than him in arguably SM and definitely KCM (Before Hagoromo). Hagoromo's powerup doesn't really change the gap, as they both have equal share of it.

Sasuke's S/T should more than make up for that.
