Naruto's speed

he's at the same speed of A's V1 of lightening armour in his chakra cloak(on foot)and super fast only when he uses shunshin.
in SM i think it's the same except the shunshin.

But doesn't he also use shunshin in his cloak? When Kisame was spying on them and Naruto attacked him before he could leave Bee wondered if it was the shunshin:

You must be registered for see links

and then Yamato said that he was not as good as Minato yet:

You must be registered for see links

so doesn't that mean he is using shunshin but whenever he's in his chakra cloak it's affects him to go faster? or am i just wrong lol.

His speed in Bijuu Mode is just under the speed of Minato's FTG.
