Some questions i have for his form.
1)What do the tomoes on his neck represent? Are they connected to the tomes of the Sharingan?
2)Will Naruto be able to control all the elements including Gravity just like Nagato?

1. Tomes are use to represent dark chakra. The form he aquired is after her absorbed the Kyuubi's chakra, which is dark chakra.
2. I can't see Naruto having the Rinnegan. Kishimoto isn't likely to do that. Naruto would just look incredibly terrible with the Rinnegan eyes. -.- So, I therefore do not believe this to be true. He will just have his wind and water elements, sage mode, and eventually FTG whenever he masters it.
