I know that it's really reaaaaaaally late to ask about this but after naruto's fight with sasuke did he lose his Six sage chakra mode ??

He lost the Yang seal while Sasuke lost the Yin seal but they kept Hagoromo's chakra and the power they received from him aside from the seals.


As for The Last, Naruto still had Hagoromo's chakra since he was able to fly and stuff but I don't think he needed to use RSM since he was able to beat Toneri with Hamura's chakra along with Hagoromo's chakra which he already had.


Though one could argue that RSM is only available when he had all 9 beasts. Not sure if he was still the Jinchuuriki of all 9 beasts during The Last.

He never got the entire power of the other Biju, he only has enough to keep in contact with them, and to serve as a meeting place for them... Not really useful in battle unless he still gets instructions from them in battle
