Naruto's shadow clone tech

Once again I am clueless to how the shadow clone technique effects the users chackra, Kakashi told naruto not to use kagebunshin because it will severely split his chackra up and make him an easy capture. Clones are costly I guess?

The only reason naruto can make so many is beacuse of the nine tailes and him being a uzimaki so he has special chakra and its practically never ending. It's cuts ur chakra in half I believe and it's for spy work not necessarily fighting.

it divides chakra evenly between clones, so if he makes 10 clones, it makes the original 10x weaker than usual. when fighting the likes of madara and juubi thats not a good idea

Thats why its forbidden, normal ninjas dont have enough chakra to split theirs in multiple parts .... they will die!

TBH I am not sure about this, there has to be a chakra loss due to usage & damage.
