Well think of it this way, Tsunade can only hit that hard by compressing her chakra in her hand and releasing it at the point of contact.

Naruto however in sage mode, is just that strong. So I would say that naruto is Stronger.

There is probably more power in Tsunade's punch, but I don't think she is physically able to lift anything super heavy, like Naruto can in sage mode.

Naruto's sage mode puch is stronger than Tsunade's punch.
Because in SM, Naruto can use natural aura also to kill the enemy in 1 punch (like in fight with pain) and his physical strength is far greater than anyone in SM.

I would say they are about even. But like someone said naruto chakra control is horrible compared to tsuanda so no he couldn't do what she does he though he probably has the most chakra in the naruto universe only the sage of six path had more. But naruto punch in sage mode is soooo much more deadly. He doesn't even have to actually hit u.

Yes it takes skill to controll nature chakra, but this doesn't mean he has near perfect chakra controll that is needed to perform that kind of punch.
