I believe previous posters are correct when they say that the configuration follows as below:

- RSM = Naruto's new Senjutsu mode. It is a permanent fixture in his arsenal. This is what we saw when Naruto saved Gai from Madara.

- RSM + BM = The mode Naruto is currently using in Boruto. This is RSM layered with BM from Kurama

- RSM + BM + Chakra from other Bijuu = The mode Naruto used when he fought Madara, Kaguya and Sasuke. Naruto can't access this mode because he needs more chakra from the Bijuu to do it.

Naruto has compensated for the loss of the 8 Bijuu chakras with the acquisition of 100% Kurama.

It does have magatama, but a different design.

RSM needs 9 magatama and it has to look like the design on Hagoromo's back. It also needs a Rinnegan insignia on the back.

Naruto doesn't need the nine magatama on his back as prove he's in RSM
When he saved Gai he was in RSM but I didn't see any tomoe on his back.
RSM is shown by the + in his eyes without Toad pigmentation. The tomoe are irrelevant, he only gets those when he's using all bijuu chakra

He has a piece of all the them, though not enough to go into the mode I assume. Though he can simply call on them and get more, he's the meeting place after all

No SM pigmentation and no glowing skin means that's RSM or a type of it. I'd argue the form in the last also had rikudou chakra but meh.

What Naruto used against Momo was RBSM(RSM + BM), only using Kurama, which is why he took on that appearance. His strongest form is RSM w/ the chakra of ALL nine bijuus, which results in the appearance he had against JJ Madara. To enter that mode, all he has to do is call on the bijuu's, but then the villain would get rekt too easily. Should've made him more powerful imo.

well if he had to "get chakra from all the tailed beasts" to achieve that form then that would be contradictory...seeing as how he already possesses all of their chakra...kishimoto just changed the design of the form multiple times...that six paths form he used in the war is just a design...it has nothing to do with using all the tailed beasts chakra vs using just kurama...if that was the case then there would be no need for kurama chakra mode/tailed beast mode

Its bound to happen, his modes vary and change every time. Its pointless to argue about it, the character are as powerful as the author wants them to be.
