First of all
If you consider "regenerating limbs" a great "medic feat" or something that surpasses medical ninjutsu, Sasuke is tiers above Naruto then. Who could bring anyone back to life with his Rinnegan which is by far better than Naruto's I regenerate your limbs technique, not to consider that he lost the seal, so he lost the technique.
