Naruto's reinforcements?

So, I just noticed something on this'a page here:

(Sorry but for some reason I can't link pictures)

If you check the bottom right panel, you'll see THREE people standing next to Naruto - Guy, Kakashi and someone to Kakashi's right. Who the hell is that? Has the Fodder 11 already shown up or what?
