it's just raw speed that naruto has at this point.. he's just going fast... the FTG and the body flicker techs... those 2 techs are jutsu that naruto does not know... YET!!!

I have never seen Gaara smile much less show much emotion. Someone mentioned in another thread that Gaara had not seen Naruto in RM. So naturally you would expect that kinda response.
