He will never become hokage because he will never pass the first part of the chuunin exams(the written part). But if Ibiki lets him talk no jutsu his way through it again, then he will literally beat all the other genin at the same time in the forest. Just use KM and speed blitz to the tower, then spam TBB everywhere in the forest. If anyone makes it to the main matches he just Wind Rasen Shuriken's them in half. Keep in mind there will be 13-14 year old kids in this exam and you will see them ripped apart by a Wind Rasen Shuriken. I think the examiner will end the match before it starts lol.

Sasuke is S-Rank criminal, not genin...

Naruto may be "genin" technically, but he is assigned S-rank missions along with Bee, so what does it matter lol..

i still remember genin's job is chasing cat lol. so like after naruto saved konoha from pain attacks, and everyone cheered for him, hokage didn't give naruto a raise -.-
