We talking about Naruto whom which needs help inorder order to win any&everything as been proven he would not have tamed Kurama if not for his Mother that my friend stomps any&every rely you have on that matter and Sasuke knew love but would have acknowledged kurama draining him because of his hate

he has created none, other than rasen shuriken even if it is an enhancement it is entirely another jutsu by itself even if naruto could create a million jutsu he cant mainly because of plot, he has no time to be fiddling around with his hands thinking of a jutsu or experimenting with with his wind nature chakra. mainly because he was either on missions or he was training with the toads or fighting akastuki. unlike sasuke who has been training under orochimaru and has been spoon feed power ups on a daily basis, so how can you expect naruto to be coming up with jutsu when he has no time? oh wait he has created some jutsu well there not entirely jutsu but he created them , he made KM he made sage fusion one he also made the Tbb with sage energythose are feats no one has made except for minato he masterd KM too lol

Yes it's only an enhancement of the original Rasengan. He only added Nature to it. I don't think that would count. Like let's say you have Hiruzens Kage Bunshin Shuriken jutsu. If you added Fire nature to the shurikens it wouldn't be an original jutsu you created yourself would it? No, you're just enhancing a jutsu.

naruto is using the jutsu that he learned in course of his life,he didn't have time to learn new jutsus because he had to learn to control kurama's chakra,which he failed at most of the time,and when he stopped trying to do that look what he did,he learned FRS,and SM in a really short period.

I'm not saying he didn't work hard and I USE to love Naruto up until I started watching One Piece-Luffy(this feburary) but what has his training really produce that he could say I really made that wow I made a awesome new justu like in the first arc remember when he used to say that all the time back then its like after he came back with Jiraiya he lost orignality.
