Remember the Naruto vs Neji fight? Well in chapter 104, Naruto states this:

'I'll change the way of the Hyuga' well as the Hokage he can change many things but I don't think that he will able to change the Hyuga. A hokage isn't supposed to interfere in the activities of a clan aren't they? I understand the case of the Uchihas but I don't see the Hyuga's case.
