im just wondering is everyone not gonna attack sasuke on sight lol kinda weird when the story so far took a completely opposite path than what you espected...everything you learned in naruto season (post shippuden) is basically irrelevant to a certain point

Wouldn't they sense if his intent was a danger to them?

Naruto has had 3 year long training montages, death battles and even a cardiac arrest for Sasuke, he doesn't shut up about him. He'd give a sh*t.
