Oh yeah! but wait, was there any reaction panel...? at all? Naruto WOULD react to something that huge in his own life, no matter who he's fighting.

Naruto knows Sasuke better than anyone, so he will probably just smirk and think he's finally come around. Both he and Sakura always had faith in Sasuke, even when he went a bit insane and tried to kill them. They never gave up and held the real Sasuke in their hearts, so he will probably surprise them in a good, proud way, but nothing dramatic most likely.
