At this point, possibly. Sasuke using the rinnegan at full power would definitely tip the scales in his favor. If Sasuke's PS is upgraded on top of that, steam punch may not even work. Lel this Sasuke vs Naruto fight is going to be epic.

Sasuke stated he is getting use to his power and it not an asspull, but if Naruto does the same it is. Whatever.

Nobody knows the full extend of Naruto's power. We know he has been fighting for 3 days none stope, he still has sage senjutsu, and all the tail beast chakra. Remember Sage senjutsu can create the truth seeking orbs. So who know what else Naruto will show. His frog fu attacks could be stronger than guy 8 gate attacks now and have a farther range. Naruto might use frog fu defensively by creating a solid wall of tangible natural energy stop all attacks.
