Narutos power is not borrowed in a way!

Naruto needed Sage Mode and his training at the Waterfall of Truth in order to battle Kurama (although he also needed help from Kushina).

Naruto trained to master the Bijuudama. While Kurama could probably have just used the technique himself after they became friends, the training allowed Naruto to perform the technique at a higher level on his own (i.e, Mini-Bijuudama, or Sage Art Bijuudama).

Naruto is an expert at controlling different types of chakra, and this has become critical towards his overall power (Combining Sage Mode and Bijuu Mode; Converting Kurama's chakra to his own and then sharing it with other Shinobi).

In the end, a theme of Naruto is that one's "power" can also be measured in the bonds they form; Naruto earned his friendships, and thus to that extent earned his bond with Kurama.

100% wrong. In fact, Kurama interfered with the training. Reread the arc. Whenever the 9 tails chakra began to go into Naruto, Yamato had to step in, and that tired him out, which means Naruto had to take breaks when he was completely capable of continuing his training.

KCM was not borrowed, only haters would deny this since it was forcibly taken. People are also mindlessly hating if they think needing Kurama's consent for BM makes Naruto's skill in using it invalid since Sasuke remarked at how much control he had over that enormous chakra remarking that it was an incredible feat. Sasuke can see Kurama inside of Naruto, so he'd know if it was Kurama.


Naruto's technically using borrowed power, but it's power he deserves. I think Naruto said it best in part 1

Just be causes he may have earned it, doesn't mean it still isn't borrowed. That fact doesn't change. It's not his power, it's Kurama's. So IMO, any feats Naruto uses Kurama's chakra for doesn't count.

The difference between Naruto and Madara is that Madara is still super-strong without borrow power from tailed beasts. Which in Naruto's case, he isn't that strong compared to the current fighting style in the manga.

Actually Madara has been using borrowed power since he got EMS, please troll harder.

If you have read Naruto, you know that Naruto had hard time making the rasen shuriken. And he was only able to create it first using all his chakra and a bit of Kyuubi's; if he didn't have Kyuubi then rasen shuriken wouldn't be possible.

And

Rasen shuriken is not relevant anymore because the powers used in the manga currently are 100 times stronger.

Like I said, everyone is using barrowed power. However; the difference between Naruto and Madara is that Madara has been fighting for all his life. He has experience, and he is skilled at taijutsu as well as he got the Rinnegan. Which is HIS.

I would say it's borrowed if he would have asked for it to be placed inside of him but this was when he was baby and it was placed in him against his will.

Not like Naruto asked for Kurama stressful ass. Naruto's path could have been just as legendary as his father minus dying over night.

Just like anyone else, Naruto had to work hard to even get Kurama to work with him.. Meaning that in a way, Naruto deserves it. Someone with Naruto power would go and try blowing villages up while Naruto would be the type to heal.

It is not that he didn't earn the power but he did not earn it by himself. So you can honestly look at it both ways without either side truly being wrong. He was helped along the way by Kurama, but he did not only use Kurama and Kurama alone, he used other abilities that he learned without Kurama. Such as Sage Mode or Rasengan :naruto:
