the only difference i see is he is in km the first time and bm second time


i think that him not having to expend chakra to maintain the seal makes him able to control his chakra properly
could be something else but i just wanted to point out what i noticed

But if he could that with minibijuudama then why did he make a clone?..and typically when you see him make rasengans in km there are chakra arms coming out ...im just stating a possibility based off the pictures.. its also possible that kishi just got lazy and didnt draw them...
