I dont think that narutos charackter is like hashiramas they have similar points but hashirama is still diffrent he is better

As far as we actually know,their personnality are actually the same.The difference would probably come from the difference in leadership and fighting experience.Naruto has as much,if not more potential than the 1st in regard to those 2 field.Naruto has only recently had opportunities to sharpen his skills at those things(fighting Kage edos/Madara/Pain,etc while supporting the Alliance though his sharing of Kurama's chakra and Alliance No Jutsu).Add to that that Shodaime lived in an era overwhelmed my clan wars compared to Naruto who went to the academy until 12,than you get a senju that's got elite leading abilities compared to a certain young Uzumaki who was a complete underdog to a military auhority untils a couple months ago in the manga timeline.
