Naruto's Nine Tails' power

Does anyone else feel that Kishi has completely undersold the power of naruto and the nine tails? I mean when he first tapped into it against Haku (weak enemy but still) it was incredible. At its peak, in my opinion, we saw honest power against Orochimaru when he went four tails. At that point, he seemed more powerful than he did against pain, or even more so any of his opponents I'm kyuubi chakra mode. I mean he currently has the power of the NINE TAILED DEMON FOX. That's a big deal. I just feel that he should come across as more powerful and devastating. Your thoughts? KCM and BM just seem like kind of a let down to me.

yea when he fought haku i was like you don't f*** with naruto and then oro came on the scene like ha i do what i want, and again he goes all demon and its like i told you don't f*** with naruto, then again with pain, but now its like everyone in this fight is like oh its just naruto what can he do?

If anything he oversold it. Big time. He gave it random unique abilities that put Naruto far above the other tailed-beasts and we still don't know why.

No but for having control of the nine tailed fox's power, the beast that destroyed konoha, you'd Think he'd be more powerful. When he fought Orochimaru he was unstoppable. Granted, yeah his opponents are more powerful, but you'd think he'd be more powerful and destructive (not that I want him to lose control like he did with pain and destroy everyone and everything) but it'd be nice to see him f*ck shit up.
