i think an ems should suffice, sasuke should technically have the power to control the fox like madara did.

Naruto is going to move up in my top 10 list, I need to figure out where to put him.
For Sasuke to even stand a chance against Naruto, he is going to have to get the Rinnegan at minimum. He might evem get Izanagi and Wood Release or something aswell. Even though we aint seen EMS Sasuke yet, I doubt he would stand a chance against BM Naruto.

EMS sasuke will still lose easily it seems tobi will run like always and sasuke will seal the remaining bijuus to himself that way he will get equal chakra to narutos later rinnegan not now

Is there anything that naruto can't do? Sage Mode, Kyuubi Mode, Bijuu Mode lol. Btwm that was an awesome chapter! Go kishi!!!Now Sasuke vs. Naruto will be a heck of a fight. Don't you agree?
SM + KM + BM vs. MS + EMS and probably something else that sasuke will need to powerup and be equal to naruto,
