So, according to the latest Spoiler Naruto is seen using Lava Release.

If we give it a deeper thought, Naruto is using 3 elements : FIRE-EARTH-WIND making it a Kekkei Tōta. So Naruto, may have other power-ups since he now has all the Bijuu's power inside him !!!

So what do you guys think ?

What's more surprising is that the lack of Sage Mode marks around his eyes were not a mistake by Kishimoto

Well if you go by the powers of the biju we maybe see poison, steam and blue fire rasenshuriken. Not so sure if sand, coral, glitter and ink are good "elements" to combine with the technique though.

it's still technically 3 elements being used. in order to use magma release you need to use earth and fire. therfore he still has to use those 2 plus the wind element. isn't these the same elements in jinton?

Yes. He has all the bijuu partial chakra. He only has Yin Kumra's chakra & partial yang Kumra's chakra. Madara is missing Yin Kumra's chakra.
