That's not his logic.

The chakra SA got is not sentient, it's just chakra. While the Bijuu chakra in Naruto is sentient ( he can talk to them) thus they can regenerate.

Probably something the Sage did to him, he may have used his power to give the chakra its sentience there by resurrecting the tailed beasts inside Naruto, Kishi really hasn't explained the upgrades yet.

yeah the powerups havnt been explained well. he has all of them inside him and spoke to them so i guess hes a jin for all. maybe...
dont the bijuu want to be freetho? they have to be pulled out of madara unless naruto doesnt care and seals all of them.

He talked to them before without them being sealed into him when he met the Edo Jinchuuriki and Goku.

Naruto has portions from all Bijuu, i.e. they all gave him portions of themselves because Bijuu are made of pure chakra, which is different from the chakra ordinary people knead.

because, they explained it as they trusted him with a piece of their soul. the bijuu in and of themselves are just masses of chakra given shape and a mind. it makes since that their chakra carries said will/mind even in small portions. also obito explained that even a small piece is all that is needed as it still holds the same potency.
