This is a fan-coloring of course, but if we assume that these will be the colors of Naruto's new outfit, then I'm not really surprised that Kishi chose that style. It resembles A LOT Naruto's outfit in the third Part 1 movie, can't remember it's actual name. Here's a picture of his outfit there:

I agree that his hair should've been quite different, but it's not a pain for me.

I don't really like it. His hair looks so off.. but his outfit would look better with more black to it. I was expecting, and hoping for a Minato style hairstyle.

Kishi was smoking meth when he drew it.

I would've liked to see him with a new hair style, but not like that >.<. Something longer might've looked pretty good.

He already had an adult look which was very cool, we saw it in Pain's arc. No need to change it now
