They have the part of the art work done, they have part of the basis made for them(the manga) and they still make stupid mistakes. I was noticing in the fight with son, they can't even get the perspective right.
I've noticed this as well, it's not just the hair, it's the whole face, it's been very weird in the last episodes. Sigh, I really wished they could make an awesome naruto anime. Even the colored manga is better. Even some fan animations are better.

Come on this is Naruto! like the other guy said, it sells a lot, its just that the animators waste their budget on fillers most of the time, fillers have better animation than actual canon episodes, I wish that the people who animated Bleach would animate some Shippuden episodes as well.
