I was the same as many people here and believed that Naruto has a new Fuuton juts. However, it seems like a strange time to bring in a new jutsu.
After reading MeowNverse's thread:
It seems like the sound effects on the penultimate page are from a wind cutting jutsu, and the idea of a 'Shinobi Alliance no jutsu" being stronger than Infinite Tsukoyumi seems very appropriate for the manga and the WIll of Fire concept.
What are your thoughts on the jutsu?
1. We will see a new Fuuton jutsu next week (similar to Danzou's and the unnamed Anbu member's).
2. We will not see a new jutsu and Kishi just intended to focus on the Alliance fighting together as a whole.
