But it makes me cofused , first I was thinking its Rasenshuriken , but it may be something different
Since he says "new move" Rasenshuriken isnt new - maybe only perfected , unless he made it more than perfect

I think naruto's new jutsu is "Waves Of Rage" not the perfected Wind Rasengan
Option 1: he creates some kind of wind guts that come in waves that cut down anything in its path.
option 2: he could do a wind scream type jutsu, but i doubt that
whatever it is it will be above S-Rank and it will be hard to dodge because he thinks he can end it with this last tech. and that would be the thing that brings the real pain out , or make god realm leave because the real pain has the be healed by the paper girl. so the story could change to the re-building the city and or taking on danzo or sasuke could come back looking for trouble.

It is a fuuton technique, he basically sends waves of wind that are extremely powerful.
Remember when we saw that pic of him training? We saw those mountain tops all cut in half? Well that couldn't possibly be a Thrown FRS since the FRS is like a huge sphere of wind that surrounds the opponent, and lands countless needle-like attacks at cellular-level.
However, what we saw on that pannel of Naruto training was a single clean cut to the mountains. So it is not FRS or a Thrown FRS.
I believe that with Sage Mode, he is able to make powerful waves of wind that can actually cut through rock. Remember when training with Kakashi and he had to cut a waterfall? Well now, I believe he has mastered his wind element and made it much stronger combined with his Sage Mode.
I said this many times before this chapter was released, and I'm afraid it will become true.
