Naruto's New Jutsu - Never Answered?

Now I highly doubt that by the look on Naruto's face, and Jiraiya's attitude, that he was reffering to the Big Ball Rasengan, which was kind of a dissapointment.

No, I think this is a translation issue; the translators interpereted it as "jutsu" when I think it was most likely supposed to be "ability".

But what ability is this? Why, the One-Tailed cloak, of course. The whole point of Naruto training with Jiraiya was teaching him how to leak and control The One-Tail chakra mode. THIS is what Jiraiya was reffering to, but he didn't want Naruto using it just yet because it wasn't perfected, as seen when Jiraiya tells of how Naruto lost control and attacked him.

So, in conclusion, this was no new jutsu. It was a new ability to control and leak the 9-Tails Chakra in the form of One-Tails. Jiraiya didn't want Naruto using it just yet because the slightest slip meant losing control.

On a side note, this could also be seen as foreshadowing to Naruto actually learning to leak and control the Nine-Tails Chakra as KCM.

It can't be talking about Rasenshuriken, that's for sure. Jiraiya told him not to use it, and Naruto didn't even know it then.

It can't be Kurama as he requires Kurama to complete it. It must be something he already knew at the start of Part 2 but coud not do fully. I have a feeling that jutsu will play a part in what Minato gives him when they meet.

"That jutsu" has had many meanings over the course of the series. It is difficult to distinguish which actual jutsu it is mentioning. I mean, at that point, he could've meant the jutsu that unlocks the barrier to the Kyuubi.
