if anything sage mode and bijuu mode will probably look like a cross shape like when he fought nagato
i think that the older son had the first ems but i guess i can't really explain the markings
it does look similar to kimimaru though

that slipped my mind
but naruto is an uzumaki who inherited the body and physical energies/yang chakra
while the uchiha inherited the eyes and spiritual energies/yin chakra if the older son inherited eveything he would have had the rinnegan
naruto barely has any yin chakra to make his eyes like that considering he only has the kyuubi's yang as well
