Stop already, he's not nervous. Sighing is not a sign of being nervous. Tired yes, annoyed maybe. It's kinda one of those moments where you know you gotta do something because it's important but you don't want to. And beating Sasuke down is that moment.

See I agree with the post because Naruto isn't the type to get annoyed or tired of people in that way, unless you show a scan.

I mean it's more or less what HiddenSound posted.

A sigh like that actually serves to calm the nerves and not get worked up, the opposite of normal Naruto. Staying calm and collective gives him a mental edge against sauske. Looking at the panels Sauce is anything BUT calm, which is a disadvantage as he will no doubt (if he were a person and acting accordingly) would try to one-shot the fight, and continue to barrage. The only other option is to flee until you know things are in your favor.

Remember either way they need each other alive long enough to undo the seal, simple touch of the symbols. I hate to say it, Sauce might get thumped and temporarily TNJ'ed

Edit: Sauce might use the tailed beasts as an ace in a whole and use them as hostages and escape.
