Jiraiya was perhaps the most involved with naruto and became a father figure. Minato was influential to Naruto before he know that he was his father. Wasn't it thanks to Minato (or as naruto knew him as fourth hokage part 1) that naruto even wanted to become hokage? Then Iruka after he acknowledged naruto became like his brother. Kakashi was least influential as he ignored naruto and favored sasuke until part 2.

But at OP, I'd say switch Jiraiya with Kakashi and that's about right.
