Why is he "Naruto Uzumaki" when he should be "Naruto Namikaze?" Uzumaki is Kushina's maiden name and Minato married Kushina correct?

wait this doesnt make sense Im sure his enemies would have known that Kushina and Minato were together and obviously there arent many many uzamakis in the world.
