Naruto's KCM is evolving

His clothes were ripped and his jackets was unzipped last time we saw him before he went into the mode again and the cloak is covering his clothes so that is why i think it is not evolving

I don't think it's because his collar is opened like everyone was saying, when his collar was unzipped it was never that large. It looks like it's evolving to me because of the markings/collar, he's been using it a lot his gradually getting better at it so it would make sense that his mode is getting stronger.

OK, how do you explain chakra arms and the hair? Not to mention the biju bands.

Its the first time Naruto's outfit actually looks different(unlike SM wearing a cap).I can understand where and why these theory is made in the first place.All and all its either Kishimoto being inconsistent or Naruto's clothes being messed up causing his KCM cloak to look different.

It's not the cloths alone though. What about chakra arms and the hair?

Tbh the reason why naruto isn't in BM is because kishi knows well that BM naruto overshadows EMS sasuke so much but KCM naruto is equal to EMS Sasuke

Probably, but I'm simply theorizing why Naruto's KCM is going through these changes.

^this^ is sasuke saw bm mode he would turn into a little jealous punk like when he saw the effects of naruto's rasengan vs his chidori.

Another thought on the matter could be Kurama's involvement between the two times Naruto went into KCM. If I'm not mistaken (though it's quite possible I could be), Kurama wasn't exactly helping Naruto when he first entered KCM and now he is. Perhaps Kurama's added help could lend to any change we see in KCM.
