Yeah. BZ kind of said the one who had the gudoudama is the real one. And Kaguya here doesn't even activate her byakugan to check. maybe she sees, though.

Maybe it really is on naruto's kagebunshin. even sasuke and obito were surprised. Those two have their sharingan activated, that is supposed to perceive chakra.

I do not think the Clone was actually manipulating the Gudoudama's. I think Naruto was. He moved them to his clone when he was avoiding Kaguya. Later, they retracted back into Naruto's possessions.

it doesn't take god level to pull that trick off
he just put his balls on one of his clone's back when he noticed that they were trying to attack his real body

when they all cluttered against the real naruto, he could of easily swapped
kaguya didn't notice because her byakugan wasn't even active

imo, that's a Genin-level trick and they easily fell for it
