Naruto's jutsu better than Sasuke's or Sasuke's jutsu better than Naruto's

Whose are is better in terms of technique, power, and creativity (by creativity i mean who has made the most creative variations or improvments of there jutsu, for example Giant Rasengan or Chidori Stream wich would be the most creative variation of the jutsu they are based on). By technique i mean how effectivly they use thier jutsu in combat. By power i mean wich jutsu moveset is stronger. judge based on what we KNOW dont take into account the jutsu that they may or may not have beacuse the manga has not ended yet please.

They both have a lot of creativity with their justu/style of fighting if you think about it. Planetary rasengan is sick though. Imagine planetary rasenshuriken lol

naruto has the most variations and most creative by far. planetary rasengan shits on any variation sasuke has. he also made FRS that is another variation that he can also make other variations on. it's not even a contest. planetary rasengan is still my favorite though.

Most of Naruto's Rasengan are variations but for the most part they're just stronger versions of base Rasengan. Odama Rasengan is a stronger version of Rasengan, FRS does have the whole cutting at a micro element but for the most part it's just a stronger Rasengan. Odama FRS > FRS and so on. His planet Rasengan is also more of the same, just more power but with a spinning effect. However, while most of his Rasengans are more of the same, they do appear to pack more of a punch then Sasuke's variants.

Sasuke's lightning style while they are all Chidori in a sense, they seem more different. While maybe not as powerful they all have a unique use.

You have Chidori which is basically its standard form, assassination/killing technique.

You have Chidori current which can be used as a current to defend his entire body or send it through his sword thus enhancing it with Chidori's piercing and cutting power, not to mention the numbness effect it creates to whomever it pieces.

You have Chidori Senbon which are somewhat like Kunai, they can be used to deflect or overpower small projectiles and beat them due to Chidori's piercing power.

You then have Chidori Sharp Spear. This technique can be used to cut objects at longer distances that a normal Chidori can not.

By that logic, sasuke copied chidori from kakashi U_U & Naruto finished rasengan, something Jiraiya and Minato couldn't.
